These Terms govern your use of Triagist AI.
Acceptance
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a contract. Healthcare providers must be duly licensed.
4. Account Responsibilities
You agree to: - Maintain confidentiality of credentials - Ensure authorized access only - Provide accurate information
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Healthcare & AI Disclaimer
Triagist AI is not a medical provider
Outputs are assistive only
Final clinical decisions remain with licensed professionals
We are not liable for medical outcomes.
6. Compliance Obligations
Customers must comply with: - Applicable healthcare laws (India and/or jurisdiction) - Data protection regulations - Patient consent requirements
7. Data Processing
We act as a data processor for patient data. A separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may apply for enterprise customers.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform, including software and AI models, are owned by Triagist AI.
You may not: - Reverse engineer or copy the system - Use it to build competing products
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - Misuse the Platform - Upload unlawful or harmful data - Violate patient privacy laws
10. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may: - Modify or discontinue features - Perform maintenance
11. Fees & Payments
(If applicable) - Subscription terms will be defined separately - Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Triagist AI shall not be liable for: - Indirect or consequential damages - Loss of profits, data, or business - Clinical decisions based on AI outputs
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Triagist AI against claims arising from: - Misuse of the Platform - Violation of laws or patient rights
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you: - Violate these Terms - Create legal or security risks
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
